Judy Rupert
This is my second year as a Special Education Teacher at Cedar Riverside
Community School. I taught for 28 years in Columbia Heights School District as
a Special Education Teacher at both the high school and middle school level. I
also taught elementary school in Robbinsdale and Bloomington school districts
for four years. In addition I was a reading teacher in Moundsview school
district for one year.
I received my bachelors degree in elementary education from the University of
North Dakota and my masters degree in special education from the University of
Minnesota.
