Malcolm Currie

I have been teaching social studies at CRCS since January of 1999. Prior to this, I worked with youth of all ages at a St. Paul recreation center setting up programs and coaching baseball (11-14 year olds). I was also involved in before and after school programming for the Bloomington and Hopkins school districts.

I have an undergraduate degree in history from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois in addition to a Master of Arts and Teaching from Minnesota State Mankato. While this is my educational and professional background, I feel that I am continually learning, reevaluating the lease through which I view the world. Teaching at CRCS and working with the community have been a big part of this learning process and I look forward to many enjoyable years ahead.
